NOVI, Mich., Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share, payable on December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2015.
