Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On September 15, 2022, Bowlero Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended July 3, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
