International Securities Exchange Announces New Time for July 28, 2005 Conference Call

The International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) said
today that it has changed the time of its second quarter earnings
release conference call to 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on
Thursday, July 28, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. as previously announced. The
Company will still issue its earnings release for the second quarter
before the financial markets open that day. All interested parties can
