The International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ISE)
announced that on January 9, 2007 its Board of Directors declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.05 per outstanding share of its Class A Common
Stock. The dividend is payable on March 30, 2007 to holders of record as
of the close of business on March 23, 2007.
