ISE Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of the International Securities
Exchange (NYSE:ISE) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per
outstanding share of its Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable
on June 30, 2006, to holders of record as of the close of business on
June 23, 2006.
