Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 12, 2107, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a conference call has been scheduled on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 5:00PM Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s third quarter results and annual guidance.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
