IDT Corporation Declares $0.22 Dividend

The Board of Directors of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT, IDT.C) today declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share for the second quarter of its 2011 fiscal year.

The dividend will the paid or about December 28th to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16th. Holders of IDT Corporation Common Stock, Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock will receive the dividend. The ex-dividend date is December 14th.
