MONTEREY PARK, Calif., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Aluminum Corporation (NYSE:IAL) today announced results for the quarter and six months ended December 31, 2005 as follows: Quarter Ended December 31 2005 2004 Net sales $ 65,730,000 $ 61,759,000 Net income $ 3,578,000 $ 2,791,000 Basic and diluted EPS $ .83 $ .66 Six Months Ended December 31 2005 2004 Net sales $133,987,000 $122,486,000 Net income $ 7,165,000 $ 5,825,000 Basic and diluted EPS $1.67 $1.37 The Company also reported that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 per share payable April 10, 2006 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2006.
