Hudson United Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend of $0.37 Per Common Share

Hudson United Bancorp (NYSE: HU) today announced that
its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37
(thirty seven cents) per common share. The cash dividend is payable
December 1, 2005 to holders of record as of the close of business on
November 18, 2005.
