BOSTON, March 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc. (NYSE:HTG) ("Heritage" or the "Company") today reported that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared the regular quarterly dividend on its common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2006 of $.525 per share. This dividend is payable on April 17, 2006 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2006.
