(NYSE: HSF) held on July 23, 2010 to consider the proposed merger of The Hartford Income Shares Fund, Inc. into Rivus Bond Fund (NYSE: BDF), managed by Cutwater Asset Management Corp. has been adjourned in order to solicit additional votes on the proposal. The Meeting has been adjourned until 5:00PM, EDT on July 30, 2010.
