Health Net Health Plan of Oregon Names William Carnett, D.O., New Regional Medical Director for Oregon and Washington

Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Net, Inc., today announced that it has named William Carnett, D.O., regional medical director for Oregon and Washington.

Carnett comes to Health Net with more than 30 years of experience as a physician, physician executive and medical director. He most recently held the position of primary care medical director at Willamette Health Partners/Salem Health, and was a family practice physician in Salem, Ore.

Carnett is based in Health Net’s Tigard, Ore., office and reports to Ellertson.
