(NYSE:HLR) today announced that it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Company stated that it anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with respect to the third fiscal quarter of 2005 by December 31, 2005.
