Item 8.01 Other Events.

Harte Hanks, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that the annual meeting of the Company’s stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on August 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at 600 North Bedford Street, East Bridgewater, MA 02333. The record date for the Annual Meeting is July 5, 2019.

On June 17, 2019 the Company issued a press release announcing the date, time and location of the Annual Meeting. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the current report on Form 8-K.
