Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 14, 2020, HollyFrontier Corporation issued a press release announcing the pricing of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.625% Senior Notes due 2023 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.500% Senior Notes due 2030. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
