Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HAV), Helios High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on August 30, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2013. The ex-dividend date is August 13, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.18 on August 1, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.17%.

Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on August 30, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2013. The ex-dividend date is August 13, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.92 on August 1, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.09%.

Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on August 30, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2013. The ex-dividend date is August 13, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.66 on August 1, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.01%.

Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on August 30, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2013. The ex-dividend date is August 13, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.06 on August 1, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.92%.
