Financial Results for Q3 2017

 

On November 20, 2017, Gazit-Globe Ltd. (the “ Company ”) reported to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the Israeli Securities Authority its financial results (in Hebrew) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017. An English translation of the Hebrew report is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (“ Form 6-K ”). In the event of a discrepancy between the Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail. 

 

Incorporation by Reference into Effective Registration Statement

 

The contents of this Form 6-K (including Exhibit 99.1 hereto) are incorporated by reference into the Company’s Registration Statement on Form F-3 (File Number 333-211707), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 31, 2016.
