(2)	The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments beginning on November 29, 2020. The vesting of the restricted stock units accelerated upon change in control.
(3)	The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments beginning on November 27, 2021. The vesting of the restricted stock units accelerated upon change in control.
(4)	The restricted stock units vest in three annual equal installments beginning on November 26, 2022. The vesting of the restricted stock units accelerated upon change in control.
(5)	The units representing these shares were surrendered to satisfy tax withholding obligations on the vesting of restricted stock unit awards.
