Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On July 1, 2020 the reporting person was granted 18,618 Restricted Stock Awards ("RSAs") pursuant to the GTT Stock Compensation Plan. Theses shares will vest in whole on June 30, 2021.
(2)	This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares granted to the Reporting Person pursuant to the GTT Stock Compensation Plan. Due to an administrative error, the original Form 4, filed on July 6, 2020, incorrectly stated that the reporting person was granted 43,970 RSAs.
