GTECH and New Vision Gaming Enter Into Exclusive Agreement to Introduce New
Games Into Lottery Distribution
10-Year Agreement Will See Flagship Games Enter Lottery Space Through Multiple
Sales Channels
WEST GREENWICH, R.I., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As part of GTECH
Corporation's move into a stronger lottery game content position, the Company
has entered into a 10-year exclusive agreement with New Vision Gaming of
Medford, Massachusetts, to offer two flagship games through a variety of lottery
distribution channels.
Under the terms of the exclusive agreement, the games (Players Choice Poker and
Worldwide Poker) will be adapted for lottery use in various sales channels,
including Interactive (via the innovative e-scratch(TM) platform), social space,
Electronic Instant Lottery (EIL), self-service platforms, as well as in
traditional online and instant lottery mediums.
"This is an important agreement that extends the depth and quality of the
growing GTECH lottery game content library,"said GTECH Vice President of
Lottery Marketing John Cadigan. "It is another important step in broadening our
already strong game content offering that will be supported by our
industry-leading worldwide lottery infrastructure."
New Vision Gaming, with its extensive casino game development experience, sees
the move as an extension of its products into new sales opportunities.

lottery use. The games are expected to be available to lottery jurisdictions by
the end of 2004.
