Grieg Seafood ASA: Board's approval of final accounts 2018

The board has in a board meeting today, 11 April 2019, approved the Integrated Annual Report, including sustainability reporting and complete 2018 annual accounts with notes. Profit before tax is MNOK 1 277 and the profit after tax is MNOK 997. There are no significant changes from the preliminary report (Q4 report).

Proposal for dividend, NOK 2.00 per share

The board has today 11 April 2019 proposed a dividend of NOK 2.00 per share (111,662,000 shares, of which treasury shares 1,228,424) based on the 2018 financial statements. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to 13 June 2019, and given approval, the shares will be quoted ex-dividend from 14 June 2019.

The board has resolved to request that the authorisation provided by the Annual General Meeting in 2018 to pay additional dividend later in the year, is carried over.  
The Board propose a stable and good dividend policy as the same level at last year.
