We hereby inform you as a Relevant Information Communication that today our subsidiary VIVA Negocio Inmobiliario S.A.C. has signed a Loan Agreement for up to US$25,000,000 (Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 United States Dollars), with Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones - IDB Invest (hereinafter, the “Loan Agreement”).

 

This facility consists of two (2) tranches, will mature on the tenth anniversary of the date of signature, and the loan disbursement will be subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
