We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that Graña y Montero S.A.A. has obtained today a financing from CS Peru Infrastructure Holdings LLC in the amount of US$ 35 million. The financing will be repaid within 36 months and is secured by a cash flow trust and a pledge on shares of Adexus S.A., a subsidiary of Graña y Montero incorporated in Chile.

The proceeds from this financing will be used to increase liquidity and refinance the debts of operating companies in the engineering and construction sector, among others.
