We refer to the information recently published in different media about the supposed participation of Graña y Montero S.A.A. in a process of immunized cooperation with the Public Ministry.

In this regard, we hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that it is not possible for us to confirm or deny any information on the matter, since it is not corroborated information and, eventually, part of a confidential process.

Likewise, we recall that any possible effect of civil damage against the company has already been incorporated in its Audited Financial Statements for 2018, through a provision of S/. 73.5 million. This financial information was presented to the market on April 1, 2019, in the terms and deadlines established by law.
