Attached is an English translation of the letter dated September 30th, 2013 filed with the Peruvian Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores - SMV, by virtue of which the registrant reported that it has prepaid the entire amount outstanding of a US$150,000,000.00 medium term loan facility provided by a group of financial institutions by virtue of the Credit Agreement dated February 27th, 2013.

Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication, that on September 30, 2013, we have prepaid the entire amount outstanding of a US$150,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifty million United States Dollars) medium term loan facility provided by a group of financial institutions by virtue of the Credit Agreement dated February 27th, 2013, where BBVA Bancomer S.A., Institución de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer acted as Administrative Agent and BBVA Continental acted as Collateral Agent.
