Gramercy Property Trust Declares Third Quarter 2017 Dividends

Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE:GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a third quarter 2017 dividend on the Company’s common shares in the amount of $0.375 per share, payable on October 16, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2017.

The Company’s Board also declared a third quarter 2017 dividend on the Company's 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.44531 per share, payable on October 2, 2017 to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 20, 2017.
