      Goodman Global, Inc. (NYSE:GGL), a leading manufacturer of residential

      equipment, today announced it expects to report its financial results 
      for the second quarter of 2007 on Thursday, July 26, 2007, prior to the 
      opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Copies of the press
