      Goodman Global, Inc. (NYSE:GGL) today announced it will participate in 
      the JPMorgan HVAC Conference on Thursday, May 31, 2007. Goodman’s 
      presentation will begin at approximately 10:30 a.m. Eastern, with 
      comments by Charles Carroll, President and Chief Executive Officer, and 
      Lawrence Blackburn, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
    
    
      An audio webcast of the presentation will be accessible at the Goodman
