Greif Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends 


DELAWARE, Ohio, Dec. 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of
Greif, Inc.  today declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.14 per share of Class
A Common Stock and $0.20 per share of Class B Common Stock.

The dividends are payable on January 1, 2004, to shareholders of record at close
of business on December 22, 2003.
