On April 1, 2020, Greif, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced divestiture of the Consumer Packaging Group ("CPG") business for $85 million in cash, before closing adjustments, to Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK). The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
