          On November 16, 2015, MHY and HIO announced approval by each Fund’s 
          Board of Directors of a proposal to merge MHY with and into HIO, 
          subject to approval by the stockholders of each Fund. MHY and HIO, 
          each intend to announce distribution rates for each respective fund 
          on a monthly basis until voting results of the merger proposal are

          On November 16, 2015, GDF and EHI announced approval by each Fund’s 
          Board of Directors of a proposal to merge GDF with and into EHI, 
          subject to approval by the stockholders of each Fund. GDF and EHI, 
          each intend to announce distribution rates for each respective Fund 
          on a monthly basis until voting results of the merger proposal are
