GAMCO Retains Morrow & Co., LLC as a Consultant for an Upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Today, GAMCO Asset Management Inc. (“GAMCO”), an affiliate of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL), retained Morrow & Co., LLC to serve as a consultant to GAMCO, regarding a notice of intent to nominate directors of a public company at an upcoming 2015 annual meeting of shareholders.
