On September 7, 2010, Grubb & Ellis Company (the “ Company ”) issued a press release that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $3.00 per share, payable on September 30, 2010, on the Company’s 12% cumulative participating perpetual convertible preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share to holders of record as of September 17, 2010. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
