Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 2 , 2017, Ferro Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has (i) entered into a d efinitive agreement to acquire Endeka Group and (ii) a cquired a majority interest in Gardenia Quimica .  A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
