                              Disposal of property


Fulmar plc, the south London based commercial and book printer, announces that,
on Friday 14 February 2003, it disposed of the freehold of Ventura House,
Tamworth, for a consideration of #2.1 million to be satisfied in cash. Ventura
House, which is currently vacant, had been leased to the management of The Box
Room Limited following the sale of that business in October 2001. The sale will
result in a small profit on disposal. The net proceeds will be used to repay
indebtedness.
