has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for
the Central District of California on behalf of purchasers of Fleetwood
Enterprises, Inc. ("Fleetwood" or the "Company") (NYSE: FLE) who purchased
shares between December 6, 2007 and March 10, 2009, inclusive (the "Class
Period").   The lawsuit alleges that Fleetwood misrepresented demand for
its products during the Class Period.  The lawsuit further alleges the
Company failed to adequately disclose its deteriorating financial
condition.
