Fleetwood Enterprises to Report Fiscal 2009 First Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call on August 28, 2008

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Aug. 21  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:FLE) today said that it will release financial results for its fiscal 2009 first quarter ended July 27, 2008, before the market opens on Thursday, August 28, 2008. The Company also said that senior management will host a conference call the same day at 10:30 a.m. PDT (1:30 p.m. EDT) to review financial results and answer questions.

The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet at the Company's website, http://www.fleetwood.com/, under Investor Relations, and at http://www.streetevents.com/ and http://www.earnings.com/. The call will be archived and available on the Company's website for at least three months.

The Company will file its Form 10-Q for the July 2008 quarter on September 4, 2008.
