JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Florida East Coast Industries, Inc. (NYSE:FLA)(FECI), Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.07 per share on all issued and outstanding common stock, payable on June 28, 2007 to all shareholders of record as of June 14, 2007.
