Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. Declares Second Quarter Cash Distribution

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP) today announced the declaration of its second quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per partnership common unit.  The distribution marks the seventy eighth consecutive $0.50 quarterly distribution and is payable March 17, 2014, to common unitholders of record as of March 10, 2014.

The distribution covers the period from November 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014, the partnership's second quarter of fiscal 2014.  Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.
