Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 7, 2017, Ms. Rashda M. Buttar, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary notified the registrant of her intent to retire effective July 23, 2017. Ms. Buttar will continue to serve as Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary until her retirement date. Ms. Buttar’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Partnership regarding any matter related to its operations, policies or practices.
