Strategic Review
For some time now, the Board of FairBriar plc ("the Company") has been concerned
with the Company's share price in relation to the value of its work in progress
and therefore its prospects.
Following a Board meeting the Directors concluded, therefore, that in the
interests of all shareholders, they will undertake a review of all options
available with a view to maximising shareholder value.
Shareholders will be kept informed as to the outcome of this review. The
preliminary results for the year to 30 September 2003 will be announced on 28
January 2004.
