On February 19, 2020, Energy Transfer LP ("Energy Transfer"), which owns the general partner of Energy Transfer Operating, L.P. (the "Partnership"), issued a press release announcing the financial and operating results of Energy Transfer, including certain financial results of the Partnership, for the fiscal year and fourth fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2019.
