strategic advisory and investment services firm, specializing in the homeland

The Civitas Management Team is comprised of prominent and highly respected
individuals with many decades of experience in Washington across all branches
of government.  Charlie Black, Chairman of BKSH & Associates and senior
Republican strategist and government relations adviser and Samuel R. Berger,
Chairman of Stonebridge International LLC and former National Security Adviser,
serve as Co-Chairmen of the firm.  Robert Swindell serves as President and
Chief Executive Officer of Civitas.  Mr. Swindell spent 17 years as an
investment banker at Lehman Brothers, most recently as head of U.S. technology
banking.
