Equity Office Declares Third Quarter Preferred Series G Dividend

Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE:EOP) announced
today that its Board of Trustees declared the third quarter dividend
for the Trust's Series G preferred shares of beneficial interest.
   The 7.75% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share dividend
of $0.484375 per share will be paid on Thursday, September 15, 2005 to
shareholders of record on Thursday, September 1, 2005.
