Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE:EOP) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per common share. The dividend will be paid on Monday, October 17, 2005, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, September 30, 2005.
