Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE:EOP) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a second quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per common share. The dividend will be paid on Friday, July 15, 2005, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, June 30, 2005.
