FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy & Exploration Partners, Inc. ("ENXP") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.  A portion of the shares will be issued and sold by ENXP and a portion will be sold by certain stockholders of ENXP.
