      Equity Inns, Inc. (NYSE:ENN), a hotel real estate investment trust 
      (REIT), today announced that it will release the Company's fourth 
      quarter and year end 2006 financial results on Wednesday, February 14, 
      2007, after the close of market trading.
    
    
      The Company will host a conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. Eastern
