NEW YORK, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Cascade Corp. (NYSE:CAE) will replace ElkCorp (NYSE:ELK) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. ElkCorp is being acquired by Building Materials Corporation of America in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
