      Endesa will release its 1Q07 2007 unaudited results on Friday, May 4th, 
      before the opening of the Spanish stock market 9:00 a.m. Madrid time 
      (5:00AM EDT).
    
    
      The same day at 11:00 a.m., Madrid time (5:00AM EDT), there will 
      be a presentation at Endesa’s headquarters
